What Is Kundalini Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese-origin energy-healing practice traditionally associated with gentle touch or hands held near the body. Kundalini Reiki is a related system emphasizing intention, simplicity, and the spiritual concept of Kundalini energy.
The Cosmic Rose approach brings together foundational Usui Reiki teachings and Kundalini Reiki initiations, offering a grounded introduction to energy awareness, self-care, and spiritual development.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki & the Fundamentals
Explore the origins of Reiki, its five principles, and the traditional practice of Gassho. Learn about Kundalini Reiki, the seven chakras, and the concept of the Kundalini energy channel.
Your Kundalini Reiki Level 1 Initiation
Participate in a guided Level 1 initiation within a supportive group setting. This is an opportunity to experience an important element of the Kundalini Reiki tradition and begin exploring your personal practice.
Introduction to Level 1 Symbols
Receive an introduction to the four Level 1 symbols included in your course manual and how they are traditionally used within this system.
Techniques & Hands-On Practice
Learn and practice self-Reiki, chakra balancing, foundational full-body Reiki techniques, and methods for energetically clearing a space. You'll have opportunities to practice with fellow participants in a welcoming, respectful environment.

Meet Your Teacher: Lynn Gravatt
Lynn Gravatt is an aerospace engineer (Honeywell, NASA, Boeing) turned consciousness teacher and founder of Cosmic Rose Wellness.
Her Reiki journey began in 2008 with Usui Reiki Level 1, followed by Levels 2 and 3. She expanded her studies into Kundalini Reiki, becoming a Kundalini Reiki Master in 2013.
Following six months of spiritual exploration in the Sacred Valley of Peru, Lynn initiated her first Reiki student in 2014. Since then, her Reiki lineage has grown to span more than 100 practitioners.
Today, she brings together her scientific background, extensive experience with contemplative and somatic practices, and a grounded approach to spiritual development.
Her intention is to make Reiki accessible, meaningful, and practical for everyday life.

We'll gather in a beautiful, nature-inspired lodge for a small-group learning experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow or cushion for seated and reclining activities. A notebook, water bottle, and any personal comfort items are also welcome.
Some exercises involve gentle touch or hands held near the body. Your comfort and consent will always be respected, and adjustments can be made as needed.
Additional arrival details and preparation information will be emailed to registered participants before the event.
