About this Event
If you’ve lost yourself in an ever-changing, stressful world, feel like something is missing but can’t quite name it, or long for the support of a community of women who truly understand you, this experience is for you.
Our theme for November is Gratitude for Everything You Survived, Chose & Rebuilt
This isn't gratitude for what you're supposed to be thankful for. It's gratitude for you, the version of yourself who kept going, who chose herself even when it was hard, and the version who is still here.
What to Expect:
- Gentle self-reflection on the moments, decisions, and small acts of courage that got you here
- A guided creative exercise to hold onto what you've survived and rebuilt
- Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
- Time outside to harness nature's calming, grounding power (weather permitting)
Whether you're seeking clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, you'll leave feeling more whole, more aligned, and less inclined to hide your own light.
All journaling pages, pens, and creative supplies will be provided.
Please dress for the weather, as part of our time together will be outdoors.
We look forward to having you join us!
Bring a friend and use the code BOGO when signing yourself and your guest up to both receive half off regular ticket price. (limited to the first 6 women who use it)
