Khin Lay Maw is a mother, entrepreneur and senior IT lead. She is the founder of Cup of Metta and co-founder of Buddha in the Boardroom. Khin combines modern leadership experiences with contemplative wisdom to help people cultivate resilience, clarity, and inner balance. Having studied extensively under renowned Buddhist monks, she shares practical insights for bringing greater presense and peace into everyday life.
