Join the Avery Burton Foundation for Hike & Heal, an intimate community experience combining movement, reflection and mental-health awareness. Participants will connect with others, learn about ABF’s Recognize–Respond–Refer framework and receive practical resources for becoming Mental Health Champions in their families and communities.
Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Final location, parking instructions and preparation guidance will be emailed to registered participants.
