Join Brenda for a practice that connects us to the change in season. As nature takes the briefest pause in perfect harmony, equal light and dark, we too take this moment for gratitude of the harvest we have cultivated, of all that we have nurtured into fruition under the sun. We celebrate our abundance. We begin to connect to the exhale of the season, the letting go, the releasing, the laying down of what is finished. We start to shift inward towards rest, reflection, release and renewal. This practice will help us enter the darker half of the year with gratitude.
This will be a movement based practice. Brenda will guide you through rhythmic mandala namaskars. Using asana, pranayama, meditation and journaling we will work towards grounding, release and balance.

Brenda found her way to yoga through breath in the early 2000s and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2017. Her teaching blends movement, breath, strength, hands-on assists, music, poetry, and plenty of heart. She creates space for students to slow down, breathe deeply, and expand—mind, body, and heart. A Saratoga Springs local, Brenda teaches at Yoga Mandali and Ecotone Performance Health & Fitness, where she also offers Reiki + Recovery sessions. Outside the studio, she loves hiking, biking, reading, and sipping tea with friends.
