As autumn arrives in the Wabash Valley, join the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra for an afternoon of chamber music inspired by nature, changing seasons, and folk traditions. Featuring the THSO Woodwind Quintet and String Quartet, Autumn Winds at the Woods pairs beloved works by Amy Beach, Vivaldi, Mark O'Connor, Peter Schickele, William Grant Still, Alexandra Molnar-Suhajda and more with contemporary reflections on the natural world. Presented in the magnificent Church of the Immaculate Conception at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, this concert offers a perfect blend of musical beauty, stunning architecture, and exceptional acoustics.
