🍁 Autumn Evening Retreat 🍂 Join us at Barn on the Bay with Sauna Hetta and White Harmony Studio for our Autumn edition wellness event. Prepare for a cosy evening of sound bathing, autumn crafts, sauna and a moon dip, with a warming firepit waiting for us afterwards. We’ll share hearty soup and a bread roll, seasonal hot chocolate, and a little goody bag to take home. 🤎
Come solo or bring a friend. So many Northern Soul Sisters friendships have begun with someone turning up on her own. There’s space to chat, laugh and make new connections, as well as time to simply relax and enjoy the evening.
