An autumn evening on the water
As the evening settles in, you’ll float beneath the autumn sky at Terra Linda Community Pool. While you relax on an inflatable air mattress, live musicians will serenade you with gongs, singing bowls, chimes, native instruments, and nature soundscapes. Candlelight will flicker as the music carries you into a gentler, softer space. 🎶
Journey Beyond Sound brings together multiple musicians for a live, meditative journey with sound all around you. This evening is a chance to pause, reflect, and enjoy the feeling of being held by the water. Come float, journey, and settle into the magic of an autumn evening.

🌊 About the Floating Sound Bath
A floating sound bath allows you to drift on water while surrounded by the tones of live instruments, helping your mind and body release tension, reduce stress, and arrive fully in the moment. Water carries vibration differently than air, so you do not just hear the sound, you feel it move through your whole body. This is a profound and restorative journey.

🌿 General Admission
There are two tiers for your journey. You may float on a mattress, or lounge poolside.
- $65 — Personal inflatable luxury floating mattress (limited spots)
- $45 — Poolside on lounge chairs or patio with your own yoga mat (opens once floating sells out)
Note: There are no refunds within 5 days of the event due to reserved spots, but you may transfer to another person on your end.
✨ Experience Includes
- One hour guided, floating, meditative sound bath
- Live soundscape from multiple musicians featuring large gongs, chimes, sound bowls and native instruments, and other curated instruments
- Access to the pool and patio area, and restrooms
🧘 What to Bring
- Blanket, towel or two if you prefer, optional eye mask, or pillow for extra comfort
- Wear comfortable warm clothing you do not mind getting lightly splashed. We expect weather in the 60's, cooling off after sunset
- Shoes will be off and you'll step in the water to get on the mattress. Be prepared to get your legs wet on the steps, up to your shins. It's okay the water is 82 degrees :)
🧘♀️This experience is open to adults and supervised teens only. Whether you are new to sound baths or a returning participant, this Tribal Edition journey will leave you feeling grounded, recharged, and connected to the primal rhythm of summer.
🚗 Parking:
There is a parking lot at the community center. If it is full, please park along the residential streets, and be mindful of resident parking.
