About this Event
Join Us for the Autumn Transitions Meditation Mini Retreat!
Join Nancy and Michelle for a grounding and nourishing in-person retreat. Take time to slow down, settle in, reflect on the past and present, and listen to what your heart's intention is for moving into this new season. We’ll integrate mindfulness meditation with other wisdom practices to honor this natural time of transition and approach it with gentleness and loving awareness. We look forward to co-creating a calm, supportive, restorative space with you!
The half-day retreat will include silent and guided meditation, a short wisdom talk, mindful movement, a silent meal, and group sharing.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a light lunch.
