Autumn Trails
The Walking Collective hosts monthly gatherings that bring together movement, nature and nourishing food. Each event includes a yoga flow, a guided walk and a seasonal snack, creating the perfect way to slow down and connect with others.
Join us early doors on Sunday 25th October at The Guildroom in Hadleigh - As we immerse ourselves in all things Autumn.
Doors will open at The Guildroom from 7am. Settle in before G from We Are Grounded leads a gentle outdoor yoga flow. Afterwards, Hollie from Big Beautiful Bowl will provide a selection of nourishing seasonal snacks to fuel us before we head out on a relaxed four-mile ramble through the surrounding countryside.
We will be stopping by FRANKIE's which is an incredible cafe and lifestyle store. The baked goods and beverages are soo soo good!
