As we deepen into Autumn and the days shorten, there is an invitation to turn inwards, to soften and to explore the inner landscape. This aligns perfectly with the element of water, which represents the inner landscape, emotions, reflection and introspection. Water also offers us the properties of wisdom and intuition as well as fluidity and adaptability. We'll be connecting with water and these qualities on my Elemental Retreat Day at Porthallow Village Hall on Saturday 24th October. This gorgeous location right by the sea is a lovely place to retreat for the day. We'll start at 10:30 with herbal teas , circle time and grounding breathwork. Through a Reiki Drum Journey, we'll connect with water and the qualities that call to us in our lives right now. There will be a foray into seasonal plant medicine, a delicious and nutritious lunch and time after lunch to soak up the surroundings, take some quiet time or have a swim. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in an extended Sound Healing journey, with Reiki Drum, crystal bowls, voice and chimes. We'll finish with bliss balls and check- in time and there will be oracle cards to consult too. The whole day finishes at around 3:30pm.
This is an opportunity to deeply nourish and replenish yourself as we move towards the dark half of the year. And to check in with yourself emotionally and spiritually.
