Well, we can hardly believe that it's Autumn already, and the colourful world our Lord created for us, is changing every day - just take a look in the skyline each evening, or take a moment to actually see this glorious world around us - God provides all we need, throughout all of the seasons, year after year, without fail. How can we fail to appreciate therefore, the beauty of His creation?We are given the freedom to choose how we say Thank You to God each day - for all His blessings. Another way in which Outcry are able to share our God given talents, in order to consistently Praise His Name, is to hold our monthly Praise Evenings, at a variety of venues across our city, and beyond the city walls.
We're privileged and humbled to be given these opportunities to bring our combination of Prayer, Praise and Thanksgiving to our Lord, and we invite a variety of speakers throughout the year, to come and share what The Lord has put on their hearts, to speak The Word, in ways that will speak to us all - this month is no exception, and we welcome our dear friend, Mr David Harris, from Greenhill Church, to come and speak with us on the last Wednesday in October (28th), with our cafe-style service starting at 7.30pm.
There's free light refreshments available throughout the evening, with a free seat for you and a friend - in these cooler evenings, if you're sat with someone you know, the rooms' atmosphere will be a lot warmer - for your friend also. We welcome you into a safe space to worship how you feel most comfortable - sitting, standing, dancing, learning (new songs for us too, sometimes), rekindling the feelings of Hope and Love for each of our lives, on a daily basis.
All age groups are very welcome, and one thing is guaranteed - that you will be amongst some of the most friendliest people in Sheffield - ready to say, "Hello" with a warm heart and a genuine smile - God's love for us is always saying "I'm listening to you, I love you, and you are my children - I will not forget your name, as it is written on the palm of my hand." Come along and hear what He has to say to you - you'd be pleasantly amazed at the things He has in store for you - just open up your eyes, ears, heart and mind, to absorb all the goodness He wants to share.
