"Cacciucco Di Ceci" Tuscan Chickpea & Chard Stew
A rustic, soul-warming Tuscan stew featuring creamy chickpeas and tender Swiss chard simmered in a rich, aromatic tomato and garlic broth.
Ricotta & Kale Gnudi
Light, pillowy dumplings made with fresh ricotta and sautéed kale, gently poached and served bathed in browned butter.
Torta Di Riso
A classic Tuscan rice cake featuring sweet, vanilla-scented rice baked into a delicate, custardy slice with hints of citrus and a golden top.
$119 + GST per person

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
