✨ The Experience
Autumn Harmonic Flow brings together Mindful Movement Qigong and live sound healing in one seamless, synchronized experience, guiding the body into deep relaxation while releasing stress, restoring energy, and cultivating inner balance.
Guided by two lifelong soul alchemists and creatives, Marga and Michelle, this program weaves gentle Qigong flows together with the resonant sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments.
The experience culminates in a restorative sound bath and deep rest, allowing the body and mind to fully settle, integrate, and renew.
🍵 A warm tea reception with healthy bites and chocolate, shared in the company of a caring community, completes the experience.
✨ The Experience Includes:
• Mindful Movement Qigong
• Live Sound Healing Throughout the Journey
• Guided Deep Rest & Integration
• Aromatherapy
• Tea Reception with Healthy Bites & Chocolate
• Heart-Centered Community Connection
✨ Leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, restored, and renewed.

Michelle Koster, founder Enchanted Studios
At Enchanted Studios, Michelle Koster creates experiences rather than simply playing instruments. Each journey is thoughtfully shaped using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, with space for stillness, reflection, and whatever unfolds along the way. Her approach is grounded in years of study, training, and experience, and also in something less easily measured: listening. To the instruments. To the room. To the people in it. And to the quiet spaces in between.
