Join Renee Lynn of Sonic Sound Yoga for an experiential evening of guided meditation, shamanic journeying, animal symbolism, Medicine Cards, and seasonal reflection. As a shamanic teacher and guided journey facilitator in Simi Valley and the greater Conejo Valley, Renee invites you to explore the inner landscape of autumn—the season of harvest, reflection, transition, and letting go.Through intentional breathing, soft music, and a shamanic-inspired guided journey, you'll enter an outdoor landscape of your own choosing and discover what naturally arises. You may encounter an animal, bird, spirit, being, image, or presence. There is no predetermined answer and no “right” experience. The invitation is simply to notice, explore, and listen. Following the journey, we'll explore Medicine Cards and animal symbolism as another doorway into personal reflection and intuitive wisdom. Each participant will draw a card from the deck and first explore their own response to the animal before considering its traditional symbolism.We'll also connect with the seasonal cycles of the Medicine Wheel and Wheel of the Year, as autumn carries us beyond the Equinox toward Halloween, Samhain, and the darker half of the year.
No meditation or shamanic journeying experience is necessary. There is no right or wrong way to participate—you don't have to make anything happen.

The evening will include a door prize drawing for handmade autumn gifts from Renee. We'll close with a shared reflection, followed by an opportunity as you leave for a brief personal resonance experience with Renee-
