Join us for an Autumn Equinox Sound Bath, an immersive experience designed to support release, reflection, and a return to balance as we transition into a new season.
The autumn equinox marks a natural point of transition, inviting us to slow down, reflect on what we’ve been carrying, and create space for what we want to bring forward. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body can rest, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.
This session will begin with a brief, intentional meditation to help you connect inward, reflect on the season you’re leaving behind, and set your personal intention for the season ahead. From there, you’ll be immersed in sound, allowing the frequencies to support grounding, release, and a gentle return to center.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
What to bring
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort
• Water
