Come together in community to settle into the soothing vibrations of sound, release what you no longer need to carry, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. A chance to slow down, share the season’s transition, and feel held in a warm, supportive space.
Sound is a vibration power that entrains the brain into Optimum Healing Frequency (alpha, theta, delta), a state where it can switch off, allowing body and mind to relax, rest, rejuvenate and heal - a feeling of ecstatic fullness of life force. The perfect way to reboot and reset for the new year.
