Venus reaches her greatest brilliance as the Evening Star on Sep 19th, just days before the Autumn Equinox, a time when light and darkness move briefly into balance.
Together, the dates seed balance, illumination, a strong transition and clarity for the coming months. Session is designed to open the body and prepare the system for new, incoming energies.
We will be joined by yoga instructor Vicki Woolley. with over a decade of experience, Vicki’s somatic style encourages intuitive movement and a deeper connection with the energy and emotions held within the body. She will start the session with gentle flowing movements to release tension and prepare the system to receive sound.
Our friends, 8 Flames and Bushmann Innovation will also be with us, offering a wide selection of crystals, gemstones, jewellery, plant-based supplements and wellness products.
Sound baths and healing aspects-
Sound healing is an ancient, therapeutic modality which can bring deeper states of relaxation, relieve stress and anxiety, improve focus and clarity, improve sleep patterns, heal and alter states of consciousness to name but a few.
With the use of sound vibrations we can improve the function of our nervous system. As the body relaxes so to will our muscles and nervous system, regulating deeper breathing, slowing our heart rate and calming the mind. At this point the relaxation and restorative healing processes can begin.
It is well documented that people may be feeling tired, unbalanced or just having the need a switch off from their daily routines. In our current climate with so many of us having such busy schedules there’s never been a better time to experience the benefits of restorative sound healing and sound baths.
