The Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, reflect, and find balance — to appreciate the season that has been, gently release what we no longer wish to carry forward, and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead.

NO NEED TO BRING ANYTHING, comfortable floor mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows and eye covers will all be supplied. This is a laying down experience. Please dress in comfortable clothing and wear warm socks.
