A Nervous System Support Sound Bath & Seasonal Ritual
75-Minute Session
Pause at the threshold of a new season and create space for reflection, grounding, and renewal.
This special Autumn Equinox gathering combines a guided meditation, a simple seasonal ritual, aromatherapy, and an immersive sound experience centered on balance, gratitude, release, and the qualities you wish to carry into autumn.
Each participant will receive a small smoky quartz crystal and a handcrafted Autumn Balance aromatherapy roll-on to use during the experience and take home.
Deb will create a warm, gently paced soundscape using Tibetan singing bowls, monochord, rainstick, drum, chimes, and other supportive instruments. Sound will be offered from the front of the room and as Deb gently moves throughout the space, allowing the tones and vibrations to surround you while you rest comfortably.
The seasonal ritual will offer an optional opportunity to reflect on what you are grateful for, what feels complete, and what you are ready to release as autumn begins. Nothing needs to be shared aloud.
This 75-minute experience is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system ease, grounding, inner balance, and a peaceful transition into the quieter rhythm of autumn.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are and take time to honor the season, restore your balance, and receive.
