Tune in with the Earth and your own body as we prepare to shift seasons with the upcoming Autumnal Equinox.
We will be under the Cottonwood trees next to the big red barn near Iron Horse Elementary in Parker Colorado, Saturday, September 19th at 10:30am.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket to lie on, we will be in the grass. Wearing long layers to cover your skin and a thin scarf or something to cover your face can help so you don't get too distracted by any bugs if they come into your space. We are in the shade of the tree, so the temp may fluctuate a bit, make sure to bring a blanket or layers, a pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
