In this Scent + Sound journey, we’ll work with essential oils individually—experiencing each one slowly + intentionally. Each oil holds a different energy: grounding, warming, clearing + gently uplifting. As you connect with them one at a time, you’ll be guided inward to notice what is ready to be acknowledged, balanced + released.
Through reflective journaling, you’ll have space to process the season you’re closing + set intentions for the one ahead—rooted in clarity, alignment + truth.
The experience is supported by a deeply grounding sound meditation, designed to calm the nervous system, anchor you into the present moment + bring a sense of inner balance—mirroring the equilibrium of the equinox itself.
