About this Event
Join us for a blissful relaxation and sound journey experience.
This session will be using a combination of gongs plus various other supporting sound instruments to induce deep meditation and relaxation.
Sound Journey Meditation incorporates the use of sound which assists meditation and relaxation, which helps to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness.
No Experience Required, all ages welcome, under 16's accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
Disclaimer Notice: Not recommended for people in their first trimester, or people who have a pacemaker fitted, or epilepsy.
Please bring your own - Water/ Blanket / Sleeping bag / Mats (whatever you need to make you feel comfortable)
