About this Event
As the seasons begin to turn and the woodland shifts into its rich autumn rhythm, gift yourself the opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with nature in a deeply restorative way.
Join us in the peaceful private woodlands of the Harry Edwards Foundation for a guided Forest Bathing experience designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and immerse yourself in the quiet intelligence of the forest.
Wandering gently beneath the canopy, we’ll pause to notice the changing colours, earthy scents, birdsong, and the subtle textures of the season. Through a series of mindful nature invitations, you’ll be encouraged to arrive fully in the present moment. The session culminates in our signature “treelaxation” nature meditation, followed by a soothing woodland tea.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing has been associated with:
• Reduced stress and mental fatigue
• Improved mood, focus, and emotional clarity
• Support for immune resilience and nervous system regulation
• Better sleep and a deeper sense of grounded wellbeing
• Renewed creativity, perspective, and connection
