About this Event
As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, we gather at the turning of the season to honor the harvest, both what the earth has grown and what has ripened within our own lives.
This evening’s Floating Sound Bath will center around abundance, gratitude, and sacred exchange.
We’ll begin together with an intentional energetic cleansing and a seasonal offering before settling onto the water. You will receive a blanket and silk eye pillow with crystals to support and deepen your experience. Surrounded by the sounds of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and voice, you’ll be invited to soften, receive, and notice what has come to fruition in your life.
The equinox is a moment of balance. Light and dark meet in equal measure before we begin the slow descent toward winter. It is a beautiful threshold for taking stock of what has grown, giving thanks for what has sustained us, and considering what we want to carry forward into the next season.
Harvest reminds us that abundance is more than accumulation. It is relationship. We receive from the earth, from one another, from Spirit, and we give something back in return.
As you float, sound moves through and around the body, creating space for deep rest, release, reflection, and receiving.
We’ll close the evening by coming back to the earth together for grounding, connection, and a small seasonal gathering.
Come exactly as you are. No previous experience with sound healing, ceremony, or meditation is needed.
What to expect:

Non-floating options will also be available for anyone who prefers to receive the sound bath on land.
There are 8 spots available for floating and 8 spots available for a non-floating mattress experience.
**Please bring one small object that represents abundance to you. It might be a stone or crystal, a seed or acorn, a small piece of jewelry, a photograph, a dried flower, a shell, or another meaningful object from your home or the natural world. Choose something that carries a feeling of gratitude, nourishment, growth, beauty, or enoughness for you.
We’ll incorporate these objects into the evening’s Equinox gathering, creating a shared altar to honor the harvest and the many forms abundance can take.**
