Autumn Equinox Ceremony. Ancestral Healing Breathwork and an Immersive Sound Journey on Sept. 20th, 3–7 PM, at 243 W. 30th Street
About this Event

As the veil between worlds grows thin and nature begins her sacred journey back into stillness, we gather to honor the Autumn Equinox, Alban Elfed (The Light of the Water), a powerful portal of Balance, Transformation, and Renewal.

Guided by the wisdom of the season, we will enter a sacred space of release through Ancestral Healing Breathwork Ceremony, and an Immersive sound healing journey on Sunday, September 20th 3:00 pm-7:00 pm at 243 West 30th Street, 10th floor.

I am so excited to collaborate with one of my favorite sound artists, Orlando Carlos Villarraga. Together, we will honor those who came before us, listen to the stories held within our lineage, and gently release inherited wounds and patterns that no longer belong on our path.

Orlando Carlos Villarraga is a sound artist, composer, and meditation practitioner who weaves ancient instruments with immersive soundscapes to create fields of contemplation, deep listening, and reflection. Orlando’s professional journey includes creating two albums in collaboration with MoMA New York, as part of a research project on human well-being with MindHeart. He also launched a sound meditation and course on “belonging” through MoMA’s educational platform, which was exhibited at the museum in the winter of 2024 @ocgv_sound

Eleonora Berenyi, Earth Moon Sky Dancer, is an Initiated Medicine Woman, Breathwork Facilitator, a Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner, Filmmaker, and a Visionary Creative. Eleonora is committed to awakening people’s authentic power within through shamanic practices, guided breathwork meditation journeys, singing, drumming, sound healing, creativity, and somatic practices. Her Shamanic Ceremonies reconnect individuals with their true essence. Her intuitive gift is guiding others toward their soul’s purpose by opening the heart chakra and helping them recognize and step into their highest potential on Earth.

Inspired by nature, Orlando’s music reflects what nature continually teaches us: that everything moves in cycles, the seasons are always changing, and transformation is an essential part of life. Like music, life is a dance between silence and sound, stillness and movement, endings and beginnings.

His soundscapes offer a sonic support system for these moments of transition, creating a container of frequencies to pause, listen inward, and release what has passed, and make space for what is ready to emerge.

How to prepare for the ceremony: bring an ancestral story to share, photos to add to the altar, and your open heart. Please do not eat heavy food before the ceremony.

Early bird tickets are available for $111 until 11:11 pm Sunday, September 13th, 2026.

General tickets are $125.
This is a unique heart offering: spaces are limited to 14 people.
