Autumn Employment Law Update with Howes Percival

The CIPD Leicestershire Branch is delighted to welcome you to the first event in our 2026–27 programme, hosted by our new Branch Chair, Louise Lennon.

Join Louise and the Employment Team at Howes Percival for an informative and practical Autumn Employment Law Update, designed for people professionals, HR leaders and those responsible for managing people and employment matters within their organisations.

The session will explore recent and upcoming developments in employment law and what they mean in practice for employers and HR professionals. In particular, we will provide the latest insights into the Employment Rights Act as it continues on its path to becoming law, including the key changes people professionals should be aware of and consider preparing for.

We will also look at some of the latest key Employment Tribunal decisions in an interactive case law quiz, giving you the opportunity to test your knowledge and consider the practical implications of recent cases.
