🍂 Autumn Echoes: Rest & Release Sound Journey 🍂This Scorpio season, we gather to honour the natural cycle of letting go, renewal, and transformation.
Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath created to support emotional release and restorative rest. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, quiet the mind, soften the body, and release old energy, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you.
This is a gentle space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self before entering a new seasonal cycle.
Come as you are and allow yourself to receive. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
