About this Event
Pumpkins, mushrooms, leaves, warm drinks and tiny autumn objects, in this workshop, we’re turning some of our favourite things about the season into miniature polymer clay magnets.
You’ll learn how to work with polymer clay and create small three-dimensional designs by hand. We’ll start with simple sculpting techniques, then add texture, colour and painted details before finishing the pieces and turning them into magnets.
You’ll make approximately 3 individual magnets during the session.
You can follow the examples provided or mix and match different designs to create your own small autumn collection. The focus is not on making everything perfectly identical, it’s about enjoying the process and creating something playful and handmade.
No clay experience is required. We’ll guide you through each stage, so this workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone who has worked with clay before.
Your ticket includes all polymer clay and materials, paints, use of tools and equipment, magnets and finishing materials, guidance throughout the workshop, and your finished magnets to take home.
