About this Event
We started Vegans in Clermont because we saw a need to bring the vegan community together in our area. This is our first in-person gathering, and we're celebrating it the way we love best: good food, cozy vibes, and good company.
Arrive to fall decor and enjoy photo ops, grab a mocktail, and take a guided tour through our certified wildlife habitat and garden. From there we'll sit down to a plant-based dinner buffet made from scratch, finished with a vegan dessert. All food and activities are brought to you by MERVANA. Dinner will be prepared by private chef Elle Jimenez, certified in plant-based nutrition. We'll close out the night by the fire with light music, games, and time to actually get to know each other.
Please be mindful: this event serves only vegan/plant-based meals, meaning zero animal products, no meat and no dairy. Every meal is fully complete and nutritionally balanced. We come together with a spirit of avoiding animal exploitation, and whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or vegan-curious, you're welcome here.

Schedule:
4:00 – 5:30 PM — Arrival, mocktails, garden tour & fall photo ops
5:30 – 6:30 PM — Dinner buffet & dessert
6:30 – 8:00 PM — Bonfire, games & connection

- This event is outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule or cancel, and you'll receive a full refund.
- Have any food allergies? Note them on your reservation.
- Our seasonal fall menu will be curated by our chef with two entree options, two sides, salad, fruit bar and a dessert. The full menu will be shared closer to the event.
- Dress in your most beautiful, comfortable fall clothes.
- 18+ event.
- No pets, please.
- Photos and video will be taken throughout and may be shared on our social media.
- Bathroom access is available.
- Free street parking and lot available.
