Get ready for a day of fitness, teamwork, and competition at 9:24 CrossFit's Autumn Assault!On Saturday, October 17th, athletes from across the area will throw down in a team-based CrossFit competition featuring three divisions:
🏅 Scaled
🏅 Intermediate
🏅 RX
Teams will be composed of 2 male and 2 female competitors.
Teams will test their strength, conditioning, skill, strategy, and teamwork through multiple workouts designed to challenge every aspect of fitness. Whether you're stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you're a seasoned competitor, there will be a division for you.
