Step away from the noise and chaos of the world and make space to reconnect with yourself.
You're invited to an intimate afternoon at River Pond in Tuttle Creek State Park, where movement, stillness, sound, and nature come together for a grounding fall retreat.
We'll gather in the grassy area behind the kayak rental building, which is located next to Building 1 near the entrance of the park. From there, we'll begin with a guided meditation and intention setting before moving through an autumn-inspired yoga practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body. Then, settle into a deeply restorative sound bath and give yourself space to simply just be. (All experience levels welcomed!)
After the practice, linger for a while. Nourish yourself, connect with community, enjoy the beauty of the season, and take in the peaceful surroundings of River Pond.

Sunday, October 25 | 12-3pm | River Pond at Tuttle Creek State Park | $15 per person | Limited to 20 guests
Come as you are and leave with a little more space within.
State park vehicle permit required separately.
