About this Event
Join our peer support group to meet like minded people, get support from others, and learn more about neurodivergence.
The group is suitable for autistic or ADHD adults. You don't need a formal diagnosis to attend, anyone on the waiting list, self-identifying, or curious about whether they might be autistic/ADHD is welcome.
The first half of each session is an open check in to share whatever is going on for you at the minute. In the second half, we have a semi structured discussion around a particular topic.
The group is a non-judgemental space, and we ask that all attendees respect the confidentiality of others in the group and do not share what is talked about outside of the group.
The sessions are neurodivergent led. Places are limited to 10 due to space and ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute.
