We create a special space for each one of you to heal, rebalance, regroup and reconnect with your real self.

Lie down, breathe, and let live gongs, crystal bowls, flutes, and drums play around you for 90 minutes. No experience needed.
We use large Gongs to open the space after we guided you into a short meditation with gentle breath exercise. Followed by Crystal Bowls or Tibetan Bowls. We offer the cleansing witht the drumming and chakapas to each one of our participants. Harmonica and Flutes to close.

What is a sound bath?
A restful session where you lie on a mat or mattress and are surrounded by live sound. Simon, founder and gong master, and Tammy, yoga teacher and sound healer, play gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic and Tibetan drums, flutes, chimes, and harmonica.
The evening
- 7:00 PM Doors open. Arrive early to settle in.
- 7:30 PM Soft opening: breath, guidance, or a mantra.
- 7:45 PM Live sound journey. Sometimes the facilitators walk the room with a drum, chakapas, Florida water, or oils.
- 9:00 PM Gentle close with chimes. Optional chamomile tea.

Good to know
Mat ticket: bring a yoga mat, plus a blanket and pillow if you like. VIP: mattress, pillow, and blanket provided.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Free parking. Ages 21+; kids up to 10 free with a parent.
