About this Event
Slow down. Be present. Connect more authentically.
How often do we go through conversations on autopilot, focusing on what to say next rather than truly being present with the person in front of us?
Authentic Relating offers an opportunity to slow down, become curious, and experience more meaningful human connection. Through simple, interactive exercises, we’ll explore how to listen deeply, express ourselves honestly, and meet others with openness and curiosity.
✨ What to expect:
- Be Present: Practice slowing down and noticing what is happening within you and between you and others.
- Listen Deeply: Experience what it feels like to be heard without judgment, advice, or attempts to fix.
- Express Authentically: Share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with greater honesty and awareness.
- Embrace Curiosity: Discover new perspectives by approaching differences with openness rather than assumptions.
- Build Connection: Explore meaningful connections with others in a welcoming, supportive environment.
No experience is necessary! Come as you are. You don't need to be an expert communicator or feel completely comfortable with vulnerability. Simply bring your curiosity and willingness to participate at your own pace.
Our intention is to create a space where everyone can practice being themselves while respecting the experiences, boundaries, and choices of others.
Come explore what becomes possible when we move beyond small talk and connect with greater presence, honesty, and heart.
