The Australian Poultry Science Symposium (APSS) stands as the foremost avian science conference in Australasia, attracting participants from across the globe. Held annually, APSS is collaboratively organized by the University of Sydney's Poultry Research Foundation and the World’s Poultry Science Association – Australian Branch, along with an organizing committee that includes key industry stakeholders. This year's event will take place at The University of Sydney Business School, specifically in the Belinda Hutchinson Building (H70). The central theme for APSS 2027 is “Harnessing mechanistic science to drive performance,” which will guide the scientific discourse throughout the symposium.Participants can anticipate an exceptional lineup of local and international speakers, carefully selected by the organizing committee to share insights on pressing and innovative topics within the poultry industry.
