Austin AI Prompt Lab for Small Business Owners is a two-hour, instructor-led session designed for owners, freelancers, and operators who want practical ways to use AI without getting buried in technical language.
You’ll work through three guided exercises:
Business Context Prompt
Build a reusable prompt that captures your services, audience, tone, FAQs, and communication preferences.
Customer Response Workflow
Draft prompts for common inquiries, missed messages, follow-ups, and FAQ responses using sample or non-sensitive information.
Marketing Prompt System
Create reusable structures for social posts, email drafts, customer education, and review-request messaging.
The workshop focuses on prompt design, workflow mapping, and human review.
No coding is required.
You should not upload customer databases, private financial information, passwords, API keys, health data, employee records, or confidential client material during the session.
AI-generated content should always be reviewed before being sent to customers.
No software purchase, lead volume, revenue increase, conversion result, or automation outcome is guaranteed.
