We warmly invite all music teachers and students to a professional development workshop on teaching and learning aural skills, with a focus on preparing for exams. The session will also look at the skill gaps noticed in new university music students, so that students arrive well prepared for tertiary music study. Our presenter is Dr Rachael Griffiths-Hughes, Senior Lecturer at the University of Waikato Conservatorium of Music, where she teaches music history and ear training.
