“It’s just a few days before David & Samantha’s very first Christmas as husband and wife. David wants to do something really special for Samantha… but… with his junior level job he just can’t afford what he knows she’ll love. He will have to be creative to get the extra cash and to keep everything a surprise for Samantha.
A quirky holiday farce filled with wild schemes, mistaken identities, and misunderstood intentions.”
Casting 4 male presenting actors & 3 female presenting actors:
David Tuttle: M 20s-30s – young newlywed trying to climb the corporate ladder
Samantha Tuttle: F 20s-30s – newlywed, married to David for 6 months
Natalie Weldon: F 30s-40s – The neighbor across the hall and Samantha’s best friend
William Weldon: M 30s-40s – Natalie’s husband, a psychiatrist
Kris Kreigle: M 30s-40s – A misguided, wannabe Santa Clause
Sheila: F 30s-40s – Kris’ deeply devoted fiancé
Policeman: M 30s-40s – may possibly have a side hustle as an adult entertainer… (appears topless)
Auditions are Sunday & Monday October 11th & 12th, 6pm – 8pm.
Please bring a head shot and resume and prepare a 1-2 minute comedic monologue.
Call backs will be Tuesday October 13th, 6pm-8pm.
Rehearsals will begin Monday October 19th We rehearse Monday-Thursday 7pm – 10pm.
