9:00am – Track setup begins. Feel free to come early and help out!
9:30am – Open track practice
10:15am – Races start
(Classes: Box, Pro, Tuned & Stock)
Track will close after all races finish – expected around 3:00pm.
Helpers with packing up are always appreciated!

Entry Fee
Adult: $10 per person per day

? Food & Drinks
Basic food will be available onsite – cup noodles and soft drink will be sold.
? Parts & Starter Kits
As this is our first Club Day at the new venue, there won't be any parts for sale on the day. However, if you have any spare or second-hand Mini 4WD parts you'd like to sell, feel free to bring them along for trading with other members.

? Parking
The entrance to the venue is from Kaipatiki Road. On-road parking is available along Kaipatiki Road.
From the entrance, the driveway is quite steep downhill, so please drive carefully.
There are also a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hall at the bottom of the driveway. These spaces are quite tight and vehicles can easily become blocked in.
If you're planning to be one of the last to leave or has accessibility needs, you are welcome to park in the lower car park.
