Powerhouse vocalist Ella Monnery is a dynamic and versatile performer who burst onto the Aotearoa music scene in 2018. Her sought-after vocals and incomparable stage presence have seen her performing at the country’s biggest festivals (Rhythm and Vines, Homegrown, Electric Avenue, Rhythm and Alps, Mardi Gras). She has also fronted major acts such as SACHI and SYNTHONY.
Ella’s voice has taken her across the globe as a solo artist performing internationally in Singapore, Mexico, Greece and the Netherlands. In 2024, she made her theatre debut as ‘Scaramouche’ in the Wellington season of ‘We Will Rock You’ - a true triple threat of a role that proved her range and skill are truly limitless.
Not one for complacency, Ella has broken into the record music scene hitting New Zealand official music charts as a recording artist working alongside Lee Mvtthews, Kings, P-Money, Ekko & Sidetrack and Sly Chaos. Now in 2025, she steps fully into her artistry releasing original solo music and headlining festivals as a solo act.
Ella has been a touring vocalist for Coca Cola Christmas in the Park for 8 years, is a crowd favourite for the National anthem, a co-host on George FM radio and headlines cruise ships. She also reached the semi-finals on The Voice Australia. She is a a performer whose social media videos have amassed millions of views. Ella’s talent knows no bounds, and she has cemented her place as one of New Zealand’s most electrifying and in-demand performers.
