The aim is to paint an atmospheric, moody sky over an abstracted landscape, focussing on the sky.We will first be playing with colours and learning how to mix the paint and apply it to paper, before moving on to a larger sheet of paper. We will paint the sky first, blending the colours to form clouds and then add an abstracted landscape using various tools to add texture. Previous experience with oil and cold wax is not essential.
Margaret will guide you through blending, layering, and texturing techniques, helping you bring depth and dimension to your artwork.
