2nd October event was a sell out. Don't miss out 👉🏻 Secure your tickets now to 23 October.
More light. More life. More YOU.
Expand your energy, awaken your senses and let your inner light radiate beneath the stars. Get ready to GLOW.
Join Yoga Teacher Nicole for a joyful evening of yoga beneath the night sky, surrounded by fairy lights and the creative atmosphere of Michael Reid Gallery & Gardens. Astro Flow is inspired by the awakening energy of spring — a time for growth, expansion and reconnection with a sense of possibility.
We’ll move through an energising yoga flow with glow sticks, music and playful springtime energy, gradually rising towards joyful heights. Inspired by the expansiveness of the cosmos, the vastness of the night sky and the wonder of starlight, this is an opportunity to feel uplifted, spacious and connected.
Then, as the evening settles, we’ll soften into a lay-down star-gazing and guided meditation (PLEASE BRING 1-2 BLANKETS), allowing the energy of the practice to gently return you to calm centredness.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply curious to try something different, you’re warmly invited. Come and open to the season, release winter’s stillness and make space for joy, connection and expansion.
Come ready to move, glow, look up and experience the magic of spring beneath the stars.
😊 Nicole
✅ What to bring:
Please bring 1-2 blankets for your comfort during the star-gazing and relaxation parts of the evening.
Wear comfortable layers so you can stay warm as the evening cools.
Bring your yoga mat, along with any props, you may need.
Nicole will bring four spare yoga mats for anyone who needs to borrow one.
✨Rain, hail or shine:
Astro Flow is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain, hail or shine. If the rooftop is unsuitable due to the weather, we’ll move into the luxurious art gallery and enjoy our evening of movement, meditation and connection indoors surrounded by the warm glow of fairy lights.
