Assembly Required is a competitive puzzle event where teams of two to four participants race to complete the same 1,000‑piece puzzle. Held on Sunday, Nov. 22, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Commons at the Livonia Senior Wellness Center, the contest awards prizes to the fastest three teams. The event is geared toward adults, though team members as young as six may participate, and one person registers on behalf of the entire team. Spectators and day‑of registrations are not permitted, and waitlisted participants will be notified of any openings by 7 p.m. the evening before. A puzzle trade table will also be available for those interested.
