ASK A WITCH: A SAMHAIN LANTERN WALKThis Friday, we’re doing something a little different at Pippin’s Potions!
As Samhain approaches and the nights draw in, we’re gathering for a lantern-lit walk through Burley to the beautiful, historic Holy Cross Church.
Dating back to medieval times, this wonderful old church has centuries of stories within its walls, and we’re delighted that it will be opened especially for our visit.
After exploring the church, we’ll wander back through the autumn evening to the warmth of the Old Smithy, where homemade soups and good company will be waiting.
A little history, a little magic, and a lovely evening spent together.
£5 per person, including soup
BRING YOUR LANTERN! We’d love to see everyone carrying their own little light through the village. Battery-operated lanterns are absolutely fine!
Wrap up warm! Wear sensible footwear and bring a torch too, as we’ll be walking in the dark and October evenings can be rather chilly.
Whether you’re a regular at Ask A Witch or have never joined us before, you’re very welcome.
