The ancient technology of laminating woods into powerful recurve bows allowed armies led by Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, and Saladin to decimate their opponents, shaping world history as a cutting-edge superweapon. Students will learn to shoot bows based on 2,000 year-old relics, using techniques from various cultures and eras. This class includes both hands-on instruction and in-depth explanations of the technology and equipment. No prior archery experience or equipment necessary. DATE : Sunday, May 31st

REQUIRED GEAR :
This class is open to the public, previous archery experience is highly recommended, but not required. Gear such as bows, arrows, bracers, and targets will be available during class time. For beginner archery experience before the class date, please check out our Taste of Archery courses.
All participants must register separately. Refunds will not be given after Sunday, May 24th.
