About this Event
Step into a sacred practice designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. Through an intuitive yoga flow, you will move beyond thought and into deep connection with your Self. This session blends healing movement, meditative reflections, and Divine energy to restore balance across body, mind, and spirit.
After the flow, rest in stillness as guided breathwork and meditation lead you into the alpha state - a space of deep peace, creativity, and spiritual clarity. Here, you may receive healing, insight, and guidance aligned with your highest intention.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a meditative, breath-centered practice that links a set sequence of postures through flowing movement (vinyasa). With each inhale and exhale guiding transition, the practice builds internal heat, purifies the body, focuses the mind, and cultivates presence and awareness.
