Theek ho? It has been a while since I have asked that question from a stage.
The last few months have been a little unexpected for me. A knee injury, surgery, recovery, a lot of time at home. And way too much time with my own thoughts. And honestly, I have really missed this. Being in a room with people, telling stories, reading poems, laughing together and just talking.
So this night is exactly that.
There will be poetry, comedy, stories, some old favourites, some new things I have been writing, and a lot of conversations with you. I want to hear your stories too. About love, relationships, life, heartbreak, awkward dates, overthinking. Whatever comes up in the room.
Nothing too serious. Nothing too rehearsed.
Just me back on stage after a long time, and a few hundred of us spending an evening together.
It is going to feel good to be back on stage. Even if it is for one night only.
