Ashford Designer Outlet Recruitment Event
Booking & Arrival Information
To help manage candidate numbers and provide the best possible experience for all attendees, the event will operate across a number of scheduled recruitment sessions.
- Candidates must register for one recruitment session only.
- During registration, candidates will be asked to select their preferred session time.
- Sessions will run throughout the event between 3:00pm and 7:30pm, with each session lasting approximately one hour.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated session to allow time for briefing.
- Candidates may only attend during their allocated booking period.
- To ensure a smooth flow of attendees, candidates will only be permitted to enter the recruitment area once the previous session has concluded and participants have vacated the space.
Interview Format
The Ashford Designer Outlet Recruitment Event will operate in a speed-interview format, providing candidates with the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers from a range of leading retail and hospitality brands.
- Interviews will last approximately 5 minutes.
- Each candidate will have the opportunity to interview with up to two brands, subject to availability and time permitting.
- Interview allocations will be based on availability and demand and, whilst we will endeavour to accommodate preferences, opportunities with high-demand brands may be limited.
- Additional interviews will only be offered where capacity allows and are not guaranteed.

- Bring an up-to-date copy of your CV.
- Be prepared to discuss your previous experience, availability and career aspirations.
- Bring proof of your booking confirmation - this is requierd for entry.

- Due to limited capacity, attendance is by registration only.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced interview opportunities.
- Interview opportunities are subject to availability.
- Some brands may choose to invite successful candidates to a follow-up interview or assessment following the event.
