Dying to Live: Breathwork and Book Reading
Naga Das (Palveshey) is a local medicine worker and coach who left a high-powered corporate career to engage in her own healing process, and to eventually help others find their own healing path.
Her new book "Dying to Live" is the product of years of experience in coaching, working with plant medicines, and engaging in an intense process of death and rebirth in her own life.
This event will begin with a book reading to bring some deep concepts to light, and then lead into an evocative, yet meditative breathwork ceremony to tap into the body's deep, innate intelligence. Afterwards, there will be an optional sharing and Q&A.
We are thrilled to be hosting this event at The Sanctuary at Highland Lake Inn & Resort, a beautiful and spacious event house.
